When and how can I reach you?
You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 08.00 AM - 6.00 PM Uhr and on Saturday from 09.00 AM - 1.00 PM.
You can reach us via telephone, e-mail or livechat!
ORDER
How do I place an order?
You add your wished articles to the shopping cart. If you have finished this process, you go to the button "checkout". If you have already a customer account, please enter your e-mail-address and your password. If you are a new customer, you have to deposit first your data.
Continuing with this 4 steps:
1. choose shippingmethod: Please choose your shipping address as well as your wished shippingmethod. Then click "next".
2. choose payment method: Please choose your wished payment method. There you can also make additional informations/comments to the order. After reading and agreeing our general terms, you click "next".
3. confirmation: Your order is listed up for a last check. If you have checked the order and everything is ok, you go to "confirm order".
4. success: Order successfully exectued. After a few minutes, you receive an automatically generated, personal order confirmation per e-mail.

Which ways of payment do you accept?
We accept following payment types, which you can choose freely during your order:

Where do I find your bank transfer details?
Our bank transfer details, as well as IBAN und BIC-Code for payments from abroad, we will provide you via e-mail if necessary.
SHIPPING
Which handling- and shipping-costs I have to pay?
You will not find hidden costs, such as handling costs, minimum order charge etc. We simply calculate shipping costs, structured as follows: For orders up to a value of EUR 150,- we charge EUR 6,- for delivery. Everything

DELIVERY
Which transport company is delivering my ordered articles?
The choice of the logistic partners Die Auswahl des Logistikpartners is depending on the size of your products. Devices and unit loads we will supply with the shipping company SCHENKER, small articles and packages we will send with a parcel service.
My training device was damaged during the delivery, what next?
If you see damages (if even only small) on the package of the device, please not at the goods receiving on the consignment note (not on the Fitstore24-delivery note, but on the consignment note of the shipping company): "DAMAGES ON PACKAGING". If this isn't noted word-for-word, that the package is damaged, the shipping company doesn't takes any liability of possible transport damages. Complaints of any possible obvious damage, that means visible from outside, have to be reported to us on the same day. Hidden damages have to be reported to us within 5 working days.
SERVICE
I have no idea how to do the assembly!
Call or send us an E-Mail - we are glad to help you out. Afterwards, if you still need more help, we can also send a technician to your home (within Austria).
My training-device is damaged, what next?
With slight blemishes, we can send you spare parts. After receiving that, we can explain you the next steps via phone-support. If there are major problems, we have to pick up the device. Within the warranty period of 24 months we can collect each larger device in case of a warranty claim at your home.
