Online shopping with financing
(order value at least 200 euro)

Fitstore24 wants to help you to realize your small and great wishes with the financing service. In cooperation with the "Santander Consumer Bank", we offer an individual online-rates-financing service with fair conditions (only available for austrian customers!).

You can decide yourself the period of financing (6 to 60 months) you pay on purchased goods. (20% advance payment of the purchase money)


Requirements for financing

First, you have to fulfil some guidelines for the Fitstore24 online-financing:

  • you must be of legal age
  • you must have a steady first home in Austria 
  • you must have a current proof of income
  • you must have a giro account at a savings bank or bank 
  • citizens of foreign nationality must have proofs about the residence and work permits, as well as a current registration card


Handling – Financing

  1. You order the desired article in our online-shop and choose the payment type "basket financing". (Please read the requirements for financing before using this payment type!)
  2. After accepting our AGBs and the ordering, a new window of our partner bank the "Santander Consumer Bank" will open. Here you enter the necessary information for the financing-contract. There you can choose also the option for the financing period in accordance with your wishes.

    After the complete data entry, your are able to download your personal credit agreement. This you have to send within one week to the mentioned address of our partner bank on the agreement.
  3. After receiving the positive reinforcement of the financing application, we will make your order ready for dispatch.

    The outstanding monthly rates will be debited from your account on time by the "Santander Consumer Bank".

Right of rescission:
With this payment type you will also have full right of return of purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. We’ll take over the reversed transaction with the "Santander Consumer Bank" for you (free of charge).


Privacy:
The personal data, you transmit for the financing application to the "Santander Consumer Bank", will not be revealed to any third party. We get only the information, whether your financing agreement is authorized or not. Wir erhalten nur die Information, ob Ihr Finanzierungsantrag genehmigt wurde oder nicht.
