The Elite R308 disposes of a console with five announcement windows including LED windows for the announcement of the program course. Eight programs can be selected by direct choice keys. The programs contain a pulse-steered, a watt-steered and a user program. The resistance is comfortably adjustable with 20 direct choice keys. The heart frequency is measured over hand pulse sensors or built-in receiver with optional breast belt transmitter.
