This versatile and extendable weight bench is designed for a varied program of muscle building in true professional style. Thanks to an innovative adjustment system (patented/DEGBM), the flat bench can be moved to the diagonal position in one simple operation. When the angle of the back rest is increased, the distance to the weight rests is reduced so that the diagonal bench is always in the correct position. By simply turning the weightbar rests, the push-up unit can be transformed into a squat unit.
