The world novelty - Nordic Walking treadmil!
You run on the middle tape, the walking sticks are put on on the 2 side tapes. These are 25 cm longer than the tread, so that also in the important active push phase the necessary grip is given. The lateral tapes disposes of better grip than, e.g. asphalt. A substantially stronger push and with it more intensive upper part of the body training is thereby possible.
