Flattop

We have specially developed a narrower chain for X-Range. The unique shape of the chain links in the Flattop technology not only allows for a wider gear range, it also ensures a quieter chain run, higher stability and improved durability.

Powerlock

Sram's chain engineers developed PowerLock as a tool-free, secure and consistent way to connect our chains. Although PowerLock requires no special tools for installation, given the tight tolerance range of a 10-, 11- and 12-speed drivetrain, each PowerLock can only be used once.
