The Kneissl 24" children's e-bike JX03 with a frame height of 34cm has been specially developed for kids from approx. 8 and up to approx. 12 years. Especially if you live in hilly or even mountainous areas or are on holiday, a children's bike with electric assistance makes a lot of sense. Great parent-child experiences are pre-programmed because worthwhile destinations can be reached very easily. It has been proven that children not only cover longer distances on e-bikes, but also spend more time on the bike.

When developing the Kneissl JX03 children's e-bike, the choice of drive motor took centre stage. Most of the established motors for adults turned out to be unsuitable or only suitable to a limited extent and the choice fell on the AM80 drive from Atala. This small motor has a very good response behaviour even with low power output from the child and has a high maximum torque of 80 Nm.

A Shimano Altus 9-speed groupset with a good gear spread thanks to the 11-36 cassette ensures perfect power transmission. Smooth-running and child-friendly Clarks disc brakes (hydraulic) with 2 x 180mm brake discs are responsible for safe deceleration. The Schwalbe Black Jack tyres offer good traction with low rolling resistance.
