What can the Bowflex fitness app do?

Bowflex has recently launched its own app to accompany the home fitness concept, allowing you to perfectly customise your workout to your personal needs, achieve a highly effective workout and maximise calorie consumption. You can find the fitness app to accompany your training in the usual stores. When was Bowflex founded?

It all began in 1986, when other manufacturers were building expensive, conventional weight stations for professional gyms. Bowflex went its own way and developed an innovative method of bringing studio-quality training equipment into your home. The equipment was immediately well received, as there was no need for a gym membership, no waiting for free equipment and no judgement by others. Exercising with Bowflex allows you to focus completely on yourself and your training.

How do Bowflex dumbbells work?

As with any other dumbbell, you have to move a weight or overcome resistance by exerting force. The manufacturer's dumbbells are also equipped with the specially developed SelectTech and are individually adjustable. This means you can always adjust your training weight to suit your needs. SelectTech technology gives you a completely new and sophisticated strength training experience: the high-tech dumbbells work with modern technology for precise performance measurement. The integrated Bluetooth® tracking tracks your workout with the help of the corresponding app. This means you always know how many repetitions and sets you need to complete with which weight so that you can continue to make progress and achieve success. What is the Max Trainer?

The Max Trainer from Bowflex is the manufacturer's flagship product. The cross trainer is designed to enable anyone who has very little time to start a daily workout. The Bowflex Max cross trainer has been specially developed to maximise calorie consumption and achieve the most efficient training effect in just 14 minutes. The device displays your personal calorie consumption per minute in real time. The cross trainer from the Max Trainer series is available in various equipment levels.

Which model variants of the Bowflex Max Trainer cross trainer are available?

In addition to the Bowflex Max Trainer M3, the manufacturer offers the fitness device in the Bowflex Max Trainer M6, Bowflex Max Trainer M8 and the premium Bowflex Max Total version. With the exception of the M3 model, you can use all devices directly with the Bowflex app to document your training precisely.
