The freeride version of the 3C tires. Significantly more grip and traction through further compound, with acceptable rolling resistance, so that you can still ride well up the mountain before the great descent, and long life.

Tubeless Ready

Tubeless tires have enormous advantages: You can ride with less air pressure and thus have better traction, the rolling resistance is lower than with tube, and where there is no tube, the risk of punctures also decreases. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other tubeless ready tires, because the bead of the TR tires is completely covered with a rubber compound like a real UST tubeless tire. As a result, tubeless mounting is successful with all rims that comply with the standard dimensions, with the first inflation and with little liquid. Normal MAXXIS MTB tires can also be mounted tubeless with sealant, just like tires from other manufacturers, because the carcass fabrics are very dense.

EXO Protection

This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, lightweight and very flexible. This keeps the performance of the tires unchanged convincingly good.
