With the XT SL-M8000 shift lever set, the ergonomics could be improved by another 20%, which means that less operating forces have to be used, which is especially important for endurance athletes. This further improves the interaction between you and your bike. The Vivid Index mechanism provides clear feedback and enormous precision.

Multi-Release allows for fastest possible gear changes in all directions, no matter which rear derailleur is used. Compatibility with Shimano's 2/3-speed front derailleur on the left and the 11-speed drive on the right is also given.

Included in delivery is the set right / left and the pre-mounted coated shifting inner cables.
