Technology

CARBON TUNED
Strength and stiffness where you need it, light how you want it. SRAM's proprietary carbon lay-up design increases thickness and stiffness in critical stress areas. Tapered, terraced carbon architecture ensures the greatest weight savings without compromising strength.

BOOST
BOOST is the standard wheel and drivetrain specification that opens up the possibility for improved frame geometry with shorter chainstays, wider and stiffer suspension pivots, a wider range of chainring options, and more clearance for larger tires and wider, stiffer wheels.

EAGLE
Eagle technology represents our latest 1x drivetrain technology. Eagle is a lighter, simpler, more durable and easier to use drivetrain. Eagle features all-new 1x components designed for even greater durability and performance, while offering a significant weight advantage over other drivetrain solutions. Eagle technology also offers an extended gear ratio range of 500%, equivalent to the 2x11 drivetrain.

X-SYNC 2
SRAM X-SYNC 2 Eagle is the next evolution of SRAM's X-SYNC technology. The aggressive tooth design provides better chain retention for a smoother, more efficient pedal feel. The X-SYNC 2 Eagle design is built to last, reducing friction and the accumulation of mud, gravel and dirt.

DUB
The relationship between the bottom bracket spindle and bearing is at the core of DUB technology. This is where stiffness meets durability. We've gone a step beyond conventional thinking and made everything simpler - better, by integrating the relationship between chainring, crank, spindle and bottom bracket. It's this approach to designing a complete system that equates to better drivetrain performance.
