Every SlimBeam from NOHrD is equipped with a 3:1 ratio from the factory. This means: If the maximum weight of 75kg is set, a total of 25kg will be moved with one pull with both ropes - i.e. one third of the total weight of 75kg. If the transmission ratio (possible: 2:1 & 1:1) is to be changed, then a different pull rope is required - this is how the SlimBeam can be converted. The gear ratio can be adjusted simply by changing the number of pulleys clamped. To do this, the device must be converted. Changing the transmission ratio is always possible afterwards and can be done easily by yourself with a little manual work.
