Acros centring ring for integrated cable routing + IPS seal, aluminium

The Acros ICR aluminium centring ring is a suitable replacement part for headsets with integrated cable routing. It allows Bowden cables and brake lines to be routed internally through the openings in the headset cap and centring ring, thereby facilitating a clean, integrated cable layout on the bike.

The IPS seal supplied protects the upper headset bearing against moisture and dirt. Thanks to the robust, self-reinforcing sealing material, protection remains reliably effective over the long term, whilst causing only minimal friction. The centring ring is compatible with the semi-integrated ZS56 headset top cap and the integrated IS52 headset top cap with integrated cable routing, in each case in combination with a 1 1/8-inch steerer tube with a top diameter of 28.6 mm.

The centring ring has an inner diameter of 28.6 mm, an outer diameter (towards the ball bearing) of 42 mm, and is designed for cables or hoses with a maximum diameter of 6 mm. Up to six cable entries are possible. The scope of delivery includes the aluminium centring ring and the IPS seal.
