The pull-up bar/dip bar BenchK D8 is made of high quality powder-coated metal and the mid-arm and backrest are made of polyurethane, which increases the comfort of the exercises. Non-slip handles have an ergonomic shape, thanks to which they fit perfectly to the hand. BenchK D8 serves not only as a pull-up bar, but also as a dip bar. The set includes four hooks that should be attached to the wall at the optimal height for the exerciser. If we install D8 with upper hooks, we can use the pull-up bar during exercise. However, if we change the suspension to lower hooks, we get dip bars. Multifunctionality is the biggest advantage of the 2in1 D8 pull-up bar. Using the pull-up bar and dip bars, we can work on many muscles of the whole body: Arms, back, abdomen or chest.
