The e-bike is powered by an electric motor, which is installed in the rear, front or middle part of the bike. This battery must be recharged after some time. Depending on the approval, the motor and the rider's own power, speeds between 25km/h and 45km/h can be achieved.

When does the battery need to be replaced?
After a long time and/or frequent use, the battery loses capacity. Temperature has a great influence on a battery. Therefore, never store the e-bike battery in places where it can get extremely hot or cold. Room temperature storage is best. If the battery is discharged, it cannot be repaired.
If you do not use your e-bike for a long period of time, make sure that the battery is not completely empty. The battery should be charged between 30 and 60%.
If a loss of capacity is clearly noticeable, the battery no longer charges properly or not at all, this may be a sign that the battery needs to be replaced. In such a case, there are two options: Repair the battery or buy a new one.
With battery repair, the old cells are replaced with new ones. However, a repair is often more expensive than buying a new battery.
