Perfect timing, the cloud cover tears open and the sun shines through the treetops at the entrance of my favorite trail. At the beginning it still flows through the spruce forest but further down it becomes technical and steep. In case of emergency, spare tube and pump are easily accessible in the perfectly organized tool compartment. And then the nasty drop at the key point.
