When developing the Numove 240, we placed particular emphasis on low weight. Why? Because a lightweight bike is easier to ride and so much more fun for the kids! Its slim aluminium frame with matching fork is one of the highlights, and we have fitted a lightweight Thun bottom bracket (made in Germany) and fast-rolling Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres with good grip. The powerful V-brakes are easy to operate because the levers are specially designed for children's hands, and the handlebars and grips are also narrower. Clever: Thanks to the lightweight, fully adjustable CUBE stem, the height and distance of the handlebars can be customised, allowing the bike to grow with the kids and their increasing riding skills. The whole thing is rounded off by the wide-ranging 8-speed gears - making every family bike tour a walk in the park.

"Light" equals "fast" - logical, right? That's why we designed the frame of the Numove 240 to be as light as possible, without compromising on stiffness and robustness, so that it can cope with all the stresses and strains of everyday cycling for growing kids. There is also a matching fork, which plays into the hands of the low weight of the chassis. This and a geometry that promises a lot of riding fun and a high level of safety at the same time create the ideal conditions for youngsters to gain a lot of self-confidence and improve quickly!
