Echelon Stairmill Summit Home

The Echelon Summit Stairmill is a commercial stair-climber system for performance-orientated cardiovascular training. The device combines a robust design with digital training control and variable intensity adjustment. Developed for fitness centres, corporate gyms and premium training areas, it enables effective interval, endurance and functional lower body training.

At its centre is a 22" class LCD console that clearly displays training programmes and performance data. The intensity can be individually controlled via a speed range of 14 to 140 steps per minute (pace/min). Bluetooth® technology supports connection to heart rate monitors, while integrated pulse sensors in the handrails enable direct measurement. The device also has a wireless charging function for smartphones and two large bottle holders.

Training programmes & operation

The Summit Stairmill offers 12 pre-programmed workouts as well as various metric target modes for training control. Start/stop and speed controls are ergonomically integrated into the inner handrails. The drive is provided by a belt-driven EMS system, which ensures smooth, controlled step movements.

Safety & design

For maximum safety, the device has an automatic stop sensor under the bottom step and a magnetic emergency stop clip. The construction is made of steel, plastic and rubber components and is designed for heavy-duty commercial use. Two front transport castors facilitate repositioning within the training area. The recommended minimum ceiling height is 8 feet (approx. 244 cm).
