LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR

The EVOC LITESHIELD BACK PROTECTOR combines maximum impact protection with a feather-light, very effective construction and lots of flexibility. At the same time it is absolutely temperature insensitive.

LITESHIELD SYSTEM

This system combines the closeness to the body that is absolutely essential for a back protector with maximum ventilation: the close-fitting back area is equipped with two rows of "venting grids" in addition to a large central ventilation channel: EVA foam strips covered with air mesh, with ventilation holes and a special angled gable milling reduce the contact area with the back, improving air circulation.

AIRO FLEX

AIRO FLEX is an extremely strong fabric that is as air-permeable as it is flexible. It is used in our highest quality hip belts and ensures optimal load transfer to the hips while providing maximum ventilation - for maximum wearing comfort.

3D AIR MESH

This three-dimensionally structured fabric with different thread strengths (P75D*30D) offers optimum ventilation and padding properties for back sections and shoulder straps.

AIR MESH

Air Mesh is provided with pore-like penetrations that allow optimal air circulation. However, the fine structure prevents moisture absorption. This property makes it the perfect outer material for the back parts of our backpacks.

AIRO FLEX

This nylon fabric (herringbone) is characterized by great flexibility and high material stability with particularly good air permeability. This combination makes it the optimal material for processing in our highest quality hip belts.

EVA TARPAULIN MESH PVC FREE

Particularly stitch and tear resistant, waterproof material, which is also transparent. Ideally suited for compartments in backpacks and bags that are subject to heavy use but need to be particularly clear, such as the small parts compartment for tools.

N210 D RIPSTOP PU COATED

The requirements for the perfect outer material for backpacks can be summed up in four characteristics: durable, abrasion resistant, water repellent and lightweight. This is exactly what Nylon 210/D Ripstop offers. A quadruple PU coating on the lightweight nylon base fabric provides moisture protection and abrasion resistance. A microweave of fibers divides the base material into square segments to prevent the expansion of tears - hence the name Ripstop.

P600 D PU COATED

A very durable fabric for areas subject to high wear and tear. In addition, it is tear resistant, lightweight and absorbs almost no moisture. Combining these properties, it is the optimal material for heavy-duty bags or the bottoms of bags and backpacks.
