The crank set is the perfect accessory for your FINNLO MED 3.0, Exum and Varon. The adjustable crank is perfect for your endurance training after operations, injuries or degenerative joint changes. The crank set allows you to adjust the pedal arm length by up to 12 levels. The length-adjustable crank has a wide adjustment range of 55-175 mm and is made of corrosion-free stainless steel. The tool-free adjustment guarantees quick customisation.
The ability to bend and stretch, which must be maintained to a certain degree when exercising on the ergometer, is difficult for many people to realise, especially those whose movement is impaired due to an injury, an operation or a degenerative joint change. Standard cranks require flexion and extension angles of the knee and hip joints of between 110° and 120°.
