First Degree Seeker Dark Matter MTB Shoes

The 1° First Degree Seeker Dark Matter is a flat-pedal MTB shoe designed for challenging trail rides, long tours and sections away from the bike. It combines a robust construction, breathable panels and a high level of comfort with a sole design optimised for grip and control.

At the heart of the design is the Venom Sole with Hypergrip® rubber compound and a self-cleaning tread pattern. Deep, multi-directional lugs at the heel and toe provide traction on the ground, whilst the denser tread pattern in the pedal area ensures a stable connection to the flat pedal. The integrated Power Link stabilises the heel and transfers power forwards to the forefoot, which aids pressure on the pedal and also makes walking easier.

A durable EVA midsole with long-lasting cushioning ensures comfort during long rides. Mesh ventilation zones on the tongue and toe box promote breathability, whilst TPU reinforcements on the toe cap and instep offer additional protection and durability. A lace pocket and zoned EVA padding in the lacing area round off the shoe’s functional design.
