The Fizik Vento Argo X1 is a lightweight performance saddle for XC, cyclocross and gravel. Its short nose design and rounded contours provide stable support on technical terrain and allow for an aggressive, efficient riding position during fast off-road rides.
The flat profile with a wider nose supports powerful pedalling, particularly on steep climbs and in aggressive riding positions. At the same time, the rounded contours facilitate freedom of movement around the saddle, for example on singletrack or during quick changes of position. The ergonomic cut-out reduces pressure in sensitive areas; a rubber layer on the underside provides additional protection against dirt and spray from unpaved trails.
To achieve low weight and high performance, Fizik combines a glass-fibre-reinforced nylon shell with Wingflex, carbon struts and PU foam padding. The Vento Argo X1 is available in 140 mm and 150 mm widths and weighs approx. 192 g or 198 g, depending on the version.
