For the VAM² SL 9.8, we have developed a Flex Pivot rear triangle that combines ideal flex behavior with a lightweight carbon layup. Thanks to the efficient yet playful bike character, you can accelerate your speed uphill to the maximum. Nevertheless, this E-MTB gives you the full confidence to ride really fast downhill thanks to plenty of downhill reserves. With our new Flex Pivot design, we were able to significantly reduce the frame material and the number of bearings and bolts. The result is our lightest E-MTB: the MAX carbon frame of the 9th series weighs just 2,172 g (size M, including linkage and bolts). It also gives the rear triangle its seamless look. The clean design of our VAM² SL 9.8 continues on the down tube: the fully integrated battery ensures a sleek look and further weight reduction.
