This super-lightweight XC carbon bike was developed to help Giant pro Alan Hatherly win the 2025 Elite Men's XCO World Championship. It features a semi-integrated 120mm FlexPoint Pro rear suspension system and a flip-chip to adapt the geometry to any race course or XC terrain.

The new FlexPoint Pro suspension offers 120 mm of smooth, active rear travel paired with a 120 mm fork - so you can tackle tough descents and power up technical climbs. A flip chip allows you to fine-tune the handling for all types of XC terrain. The super-lightweight Giant WheelSystems made of carbon or aluminium (depending on the model) has a state-of-the-art 120-tooth ratchet drive system for instant power transmission and robust 5 mm rim walls for better protection against impacts and punctures.

The completely redesigned carbon frame is 89 grams lighter than its predecessor and has a 7.95 per cent better stiffness-to-weight ratio (efficiency) to give you more power uphill and make every watt count. The WheelSystems and the integrated handlebar/stem units are designed for maximum efficiency and immediate response to the rider's inputs. The rear shock has been repositioned and semi-integrated into the top tube, which saves weight and creates space for a second bottle cage.
