An aerodynamically shaped down tube and a composite fork create a sleek profile that reduces air resistance and absorbs shocks and vibrations from the road. The generous tyre clearance of up to 43 mm allows for the use of high-volume tyres, delivering a smoother and more efficient ride on rough roads or gravel. Giant P-AR wheelsets offer a versatile rim height of 23 mm and a robust aluminium construction that is lightweight yet sturdy enough for everyday use on varied terrain. Internally routed cables at the cockpit further reduce drag and ensure a clean, modern look.

INSPIRED BY ENDURANCE

A D-Fuse Composite seatpost absorbs shocks and vibrations from the rear wheel, whilst an Advanced Composite fork reduces bumps at the front. These tried-and-tested technologies, taken from Giant’s high-performance road bikes, provide additional riding comfort and help minimise fatigue on long rides. The Giant Approach saddle adapts to your body thanks to Particle Flow Technology. The high-volume, tubeless Gavia Fondo 2 tyres, 32 mm wide, allow for lower tyre pressure for better grip and a smoother ride. The tyres feature Race Shield Kevlar puncture protection to prevent punctures.

FULL CONTROL

An ergonomically shaped handlebar optimises comfort for your hands in every grip position – on the top of the handlebar, on the brake levers and on the lower part of the handlebar. The lower section of the handlebar is flared by 7.2 degrees, offering greater safety and control on descents and through bends. Hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, easily modulated braking performance and help reduce hand fatigue on long descents. A tried-and-tested Shimano drivetrain offers a wide range of gear ratios for an optimal cadence on varied terrain.
