The set consists of a chrome-plated barbell and two dumbbell bars, which provide variety. Length and diameter are standardized. The barbell bar is 180 cm, the dumbbell bars are 40 cm long. Both have a bar diameter of 30 mm. The grip surfaces are slightly roughened and provide a good grip during your strength training at home!

The training intensity can be precisely dosed. The set consists of 4x 10 kg, 2x 5 kg, 4x 2.5 kg, 2x 1.25 kg and 2x 0.5 kg plastic-coated weight plates, which can be freely combined with each other.
