The HAMMER Autark Smith Machine Multi is your home gym for versatile strength training. It combines a multi press, cable pulls and free barbell training in one machine and enables full-body training. The robust attachments can hold up to 135 kg and are compatible with 30 & 50 mm weight plates. Configurable with versatile extensions for even more training variations!

Multifunctional strength training

Whether chest press, shoulder press, squats or pull-ups - the combination of guided and free movements allows you to target specific muscle groups.

Flexible weight load

By adding weight plates on both sides, you can increase and customise the resistance of the double pulley system to suit your needs.

The integrated rotation mechanism of the multi press and the supports for the barbell bar allow you to train risk-free, even with high weights. This allows you to concentrate fully on your technique and perform your exercises safely and effectively - without a training partner.

Variable grip widths

The multi-grip pull-up bar allows you to perform a varied upper body workout. Whether a wide, narrow or neutral grip - train your back, shoulders, arms and abdomen in a targeted manner.

Height-adjustable barbell racks

The short racks offer an ideal height for squats at shoulder height. The long racks are perfect for deadlifts to set the barbell down safely.

Customisable for versatile workouts

The HAMMER Smith Machine Multi is equipped with a wide range of accessories and can be optionally extended with dip handles, a leg press or a latissimus seat. This allows you to customise your training and make it even more varied.

Maximum training safety

The safety bars offer additional protection during training, especially during squats and other exercises. They catch the barbell if you are unable to complete the movement.

Use all your weight discs

All holders and racks are compatible with weight disc diameters of 30 and 50 mm. This means you can use both standard and Olympic weight plates.

Landmine holder & handle included

The landmine offers a variety of functional exercises for the upper body, core and legs. It is perfect for shoulder, back and abdominal training and helps to improve stability, strength and mobility.

Train with resistance bands

The multi press offers the option of attaching resistance bands with hooks to intensify your training. This flexible add-on option enables dynamic resistance training sessions that take your strength, stability and musculature to a new level.
