Maxima DOT 5.1 Brake Fluid is a high-performance brake and clutch fluid for hydraulic systems that require DOT 5.1 brake fluid. It is designed to deliver reliable braking performance and a direct, consistent pedal feel, making it suitable for demanding applications where the braking system must operate consistently.
The anti-vapour-lock formulation helps maintain the system’s responsiveness by counteracting water contamination and vapour lock. At the same time, the advanced formulation protects key components against corrosion, oxidation and boiling-off. The brake fluid is compatible with SBR, EPDM and natural rubber, can be mixed with DOT 3, DOT 4 and DOT 5.1 brake fluids, and exceeds the requirements of US FMVSS 116 DOT 5.1, DOT 3 and DOT 4, as well as SAE J1703, SAE J1704 and ISO 4925.
