The latest generation of electric motors from Shimano, the EP8, was installed. It weighs in at just 2,500g, but offers a whopping 85 Nm and 50% less pedalling resistance - a new benchmark in terms of space and weight. In combination with the 375 Wh battery, the R.X375 presents itself as an exceptionally light E-MTB, playful in handling, superior on the singletrack. The handmade full carbon frame made of high-modulus fibres (HM) plays a key role in this: with excellent stiffness values and low weight, it forms the basis for spectacular riding fun. The kinematics and geometry of the AGGRESSIVE SERIES have also been optimised for action. The R.X375 allows more movement in the chassis, for bigger jumps and higher speed; the modern geometry with a flat steering angle and steep seat angle provides a central, balanced riding position for optimum control. The R.X375 follows the motto Back To The Roots - more man, less machine.
