The Addict 10 is one of our most popular road bikes because it’s so comfortable to ride. It’s as light as a competition road bike and has been redesigned to strike the perfect balance between performance, comfort and value for money on long rides. This makes the Addict 10 the ideal road bike. The key to its riding comfort lies in its geometry, which is slightly more relaxed and less compact than on most road bikes. On the road, you’ll feel more open and upright, as the stack is higher and the reach is shorter. The engineers have also optimised the frame’s HMX carbon lay-up to provide a supple ride over small bumps and on longer stretches of poor-quality tarmac.

But the Addict 10 is by no means slow. It keeps pace at the front of the group, climbs hills effortlessly and tackles mountain descents as if on rails. It’s just as much fun, though, to ride it at a leisurely pace with your crew on a Sunday. The Addict 10 isn’t limited to flat, local routes either; you can also pick up the pace beyond your usual haunts. The tyre clearance is now 38 mm.
