The Shimano XT rear derailleur RD-M786 ensures precise, silent shifting in 2x10-speed and 3x10-speed drives (Dyna-Sys). It features Shadow RD+ technology, which uses a stabilizer to prevent the chain from sagging, slamming or jumping off. Both the outer and inner cages of the rear derailleur are made of lightweight aluminum.
