The SRAM Red eTap AXS HRD FM disc brake comes with a hydraulic shift/brake lever and two-piece caliper. The SRAM Red® eTap® AXS™ HRD FM shifting and braking system combines electronic shifting and hydraulic disc brakes. Customization to your hands and preferences is available via Contact Point Adjustment™ and separate Reach Adjust™.

AXS:
AXS is SRAM's new electronic integration platform that connects electronic bike components and software. The SRAM AXS app allows you to view battery status, change component behavior, adjust controls, receive maintenance reminders and update firmware.

Contact Point Adjustment:
Some people like the instant power transfer of a short lever travel. Others prefer the feel of longer lever travel. The Contact Point Adjustment allows you to determine the position you want your fingers to be in when the brakes are applied. In this way, you can quickly and easily adjust the feel of your brakes to your needs without having to move the brake pads. Plus, both brake levers can be adjusted to feel exactly the same.

Reach Adjust:
Brake lever fit and ergonomics is a very personal thing. Riders have individual position preferences as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. The Reach Adjust makes it a breeze to adjust the lever for maximum control with just one finger.

Bleeding Edge:
Bleeding Edge technology allows for quick and easy brake bleeding. Thanks to the special fluid channel and the revised bleed hole, the fluid can be pumped through the brake caliper more easily. A special adapter plugs onto the bleed port and seals the system to prevent air infiltration and fluid loss.

Stealth-a-majig™:
Stealth-a-majig makes routing the hydraulic hose during installation a breeze. Its smaller size allows for easy internal cable routing, giving the bike a tidy look.
