Thanks to our collaboration with WaterRower, our rowing machine is at the cutting edge of technology. Because we only use components from WaterRower, you are guaranteed a perfect rowing experience at all times. When rowing, all you hear is the pleasant sound of flowing water.

Realistic rowing with water resistance.

Water is nature's perfect resistance medium, which is why we use it in our new FLOW ONE rowing machine. The resistance is very dynamic and adapts immediately to the intensity of your stroke. You determine the resistance by your pulling speed. As realistic and natural as possible!

Gentle yet effective

There is another important reason why we use water - the risk of injury and excessive physical strain is minimised as the resistance adapts to the rower's strength. The training is very gentle on joints, tendons and ligaments thanks to the smooth and rhythmic movement.

Powerful training computer

Our Rower is operated via a 4.3″ TFT touchscreen. The user interface of the touchscreen is self-explanatory and displays all the necessary data in a clearly organised manner. The training computer stores data from up to 6 users and displays time, distance, time for 500 metres, number of beats per minute, calories, watts and heart rate. There is also a pace race mode where you race against the computer.
