Our Air Rower Trainer was developed for a comprehensive, low-impact workout and combines strength, endurance and technique in a fluid and natural movement. Each stroke effectively engages the legs, back, arms and core while training cardio, strength and coordination.
The precise and progressive air resistance system is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, and allows you to vary the intensity depending on your goal: Explosiveness, long endurance or maximum power.
The Air Rower Trainer is an essential part of Hyrox preparation and allows you to train efficiently in preparation for one of the official competitions.
