Fitness training is fun! A rowing machine is one of the most efficient ways to exercise. With the Tunturi Cardio Fit R20 you can train at home. The rowing motion works almost all the major muscles.

Keep track of your parameters
The Cardio Fit R20 shows you the most important parameters: Time, number of strokes (per minute and total) and calories. The monitor has a clear display and measures 80 x 42 mm / 3.1 x 1.7 inches. You know the effect of your training. You learn to assess and improve the effectiveness of your training.

Variation of the load
Set the resistance to one of the 4 possible levels. Anyone, whether beginner or advanced, can use the Tunturi R20 rowing machine.

Compact and manoeuvrable
The large aluminium monorail and the comfortable ergonomic seat ensure a smooth rowing motion. The feet are attached to the tilting foot plates with safety straps. The rowing machine is foldable: you can stow it away neatly. Row wherever you want: With the transport wheels on the underside, you can move the R20 in a single, smooth motion.

4 resistance levels
The 4 different positions allow everyone to find the right resistance.

LCD monitor
All values are easy to read thanks to the large, clear figures. Values such as speed or distance.

Saving Space
By folding the trainer, less space is required. The rowing machine can easily be stored in a cupboard.
