The Mini Bike is designed for use while seated and offers an easy way to stay active. Place it under your desk or in front of the sofa and pedal while you read, work or watch TV. This also makes the mini bike ideal as a leg trainer for older people or during rehabilitation.

Flexible use for arms and legs
Use the trainer on the floor to train your legs. Place it on a table, then it's the arms' turn. The two-position foot straps and non-slip design ensure that the trainer stays firmly in place during every exercise.
