The clear console displays all key training data at a glance, including time, distance, calories, strokes, strokes per minute (SPM) and your 500-metre split time. This allows you to track your performance precisely and train in a targeted manner. With various training programmes, such as Race Mode, you can add an extra challenge to your training sessions.

Train smarter with the recovery function and connectivity

After your workout, the recovery function measures how quickly your heart rate returns to normal. Based on this, you’ll receive a rating (F1–F6) that provides insight into your fitness level. Thanks to Bluetooth, you can easily connect the rowing machine to a heart rate monitor or training apps on your smartphone or tablet, making your training sessions more interactive and motivating.
