If you train with an Olympic barbell and weight plates, then it is of course nice to be able to change the weights easily. These Tunturi Olympic spring locks are specially designed for this purpose. By squeezing the dumbbell bar clasps together, you can easily attach them to the bar and remove them just as easily.
