Height-adjustable cable pulley in 12 positions with two independently working single cable pulleys enables a variety of exercises such as abdominal crunches, pulling exercises, double pull exercises, adductors, abductors, hips, buttocks muscles, standing and sitting bicep training and neck pull exercises. Like all Apollo stations, the cable pulley can be used alone with the rear post or in combination with a variant of the Apollo 7200, 7300 or 7400.
