How and at what times can I reach you?

You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am - 05:00 pm and on Saturday from 09:00 am - 01:00 pm. We are available by phone, E-Mail or LiveChat!


Order

How can I place an order?

You place your desired products in the shopping cart. When you have completed this process, click on the CHECKOUT button. If you already have a customer account, please enter your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer, you must enter your data in advance.

This is followed by 4 more steps:

  1. Selecting a shipping method: Select your delivery address and the desired shipping method. Then press the CONTINUE button.
  2. Selecting a payment method: Select your desired payment method. You can also enter additional information/comments about the order here. After you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, click on CONTINUE.
  3. Confirm: Your order will now be listed once again. If you have checked the order and found it to be correct, please go to the button "Confirm order".
  4. Done: The order has been placed. A few minutes later you will receive an automatically generated, personal order confirmation by e-mail.

Shipping

What are the processing and shipping costs?

You will not find any hidden costs with us, such as handling charges, minimum quantity surcharge, etc. We only charge shipping costs, which are broken down as follows:

  • Up to an order value of EUR 150,- shipping costs in the amount of EUR 6,- are incurred in the EU and are to be paid by the customer.
  • From an order value of EUR 151,- we deliver free of charge.

Delivery

Which transport company will deliver my goods?

The logistics partner is selected based on the size of your products. We deliver equipment and piece goods with the SCHENKER forwarding company, small items and parcels are sent by parcel service.

Bicycles are shipped internationally with GO-Express. The specialist for bicycle shipping. Delivery takes place after notification by telephone.

My fitness equipment or bicycle was damaged during delivery, what now?

If, contrary to expectations, the package arrives damaged, please document the damage as best you can with photos and also note the damage on the bill of lading when the package is delivered by the shipping company.

Please send the photos with a short description of the damage to office@zanier.at, we will take care of the case immediately.


SERVICE

I don't know how to assemble my product?

Call us or send an e-mail - we will be happy to help you. If you still need further help afterwards, we can also send a technician to your home (within Austria).

My fitness equipment is broken, what now?

In case of minor defects, we can send you spare parts. After receiving the parts, we can explain further steps to you via telephone support. If it is a major problem, we would need to collect the unit. Within the warranty period of 24 months, we can collect any larger item from you in the event of a warranty claim.
